About this event

Art-making is a gentle, yet powerful resource, literally at your fingertips. Even ten minutes of creative play can soothe frayed nerves, shift your mood, bring fresh perspectives and help you re-boot your day. This experiential workshop offers you ‘self-full’ respite from caregiving demands. Even if you believe you can’t draw, feel free to engage in a spot of Sacred Scribble and to explore your colours of self-care and nourishment.

Participants are encouraged to use their own coloured drawing tools, such as pencils or crayons and paper. However if you only have a single pencil or pen and paper on hand, that will work too. Places are limited for this session, so please register early.

We are delighted to have you join us for one of our National Carers Week 2020 online events.

You will require access to a computer with speakers (a microphone and video camera are a bonus). Event sessions are delivered using Zoom conferencing. Carers NSW will send you instructions about how you can join the session on confirmation of your registration.

All events are for 1 hour or less, as specified in the program.
